TERMS OF BUSINESS
Minimum Order/Quantity/Carriage-paid Orders
You may order any item in any quantity. There is no minimum order for Silver Tabby but the minimum for MarMalaid ranges is £250.00. Our carriage charge is currently £6.95.
However, customers ordering £100.00 of Silver Tabby products will not be charged carriage on their total order. For orders for MarMalaid products only, the carriage paid order is £250.00.
Delivery
We aim to despatch goods within 7-10 days of reciept of order/payment. Out of stock items will be placed on back order and automatically added to a subsequent order unless expressly cancelled.
Payment
Invoices are always enclosed with the goods.
A method of payment (Credit or Debit Card details) must be provided prior to us dispatching any goods.
Orders under £100.00 must be paid for prior to dispatch.
For orders over £100 we will take payment from the card 30 days after the date of invoice unless we agree otherwise and we will offer discounts for payment up front for larger orders.
Shortfalls/Damaged Goods/Returns Policy
Shortfalls in an order or damaged items must be advised directly to us (not via our agents) within 7 days of delivery. Such goods can be returned via the agent at a later date but we do ask that you claim for these items by phone or fax immediately. This avoids any delay in us issuing credit or replacements.
Unless we agree otherwise, we do not supply goods on a sale or return basis and our agents are not authorised to accept returns unless they comprise damaged or defective items that we have had prior notice of.
In some instances we will refund postage for returns but this is again only for defective goods.
In some circumstances we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 15% for items returned.
Cancellation of Orders
We will not be held responsible for factors outside our control.
All orders will be considered outstanding until they are expressly cancelled. Out of stock items will be placed on back order and automatically added to a subsequent order so let us or our representative know if you would prefer this not to happen.
If you wish to cancel, please do not wait until the goods actually arrive. Our agents can not accept returns of goods in such circumstances.
Product Descriptions
Unless prefixed by 'real', the names of gemstones in our catalogues and stationery are used only to indicate the colour of a piece.
